The Stage of All Stages: Tokyo Dome
the-stage-of-all-stages-tokyo-dome

Okay so i woke up especially early to watch the Televised version of The Secret Code Final in Tokyo Dome. Let me just say, I was Very Very impressed. I rarely get this impressed about live concerts.

Big Bang’s Big Show Concert was alright, they had lots of stage presence, but something was missing from their performance at the stadium. They did not have this thing that really grabbed me from wanting to rewatch their performances again. Sure the opening was grand but what about the rest of the performances?

You may disagree since I was the biggest Big Bang fangirl a few weeks ago, but K-Pop is not K-Pop without Dong Bang Shin Ki. They were the original idol group of the 2000s, without them, you woudn’t have your SS501, Big Bang, Super Junior and One Day among others.

They were the ones that captured the hearts of the many Hallyu wave fans when they first debuted. They have amazing singing voices and can do many different types of songs. Even after such a long time, they are still loved byt their fans all around the world.

They are the most successful group to ever come out from Korea. One example: Last years MKMF 2008. 3 Daesung awards were up, even though they had only been promoting Mirotic for like 2 months, they got the Album of the Year Daesung. I thought that Big Bang would win since they were one of the hottest groups in 2008.

Imagine the number of albums they sold last year, it was a really big thing back then. Anyways, back to the point. Yes, the Tokyo Dome.

Overall, it was impressive, the boys looked like they were having the time of their lives, especially Jae, since sometimes he doesn’t even smile that much. I loved all of the performances and their outfits. It was awesome at the very least, they are really at the height of their Japanese career now, and I wish them all the best for their future there.

Happy 3rd Anniversary!
happy-3rd-anniversary

Its Big Bang’s 3rd Anniversary since debut. I can’t believe I forgot all about it until now, even though I had it on my phone as a reminder.

Aish, anyways, heres a wonderful picture of Big Bang for NII Qualified, last season’s I think.

You can so totally tell I did the photoshopping in a rush. Anyways, heard their Japanese album today. Can’t say I really like it since there was SO much autotune in the songs. But I do like Bringing You Love, Baby Baby, and Love Club.  Anyways, their Japanese tour has been moved up till next year.

I really really hope they get to perform at the Tokyo Dome for their Japanese Tour. Really, I love them to bits, and thats why I’m wishing this for them. Oh and I hope that train stations do promos of them soon, Just like TVXQ had for Stand By U.

My Christmas Wish:

Dear Santa,

Please let Big Bang perform at the Tokyo Dome for their tour, and Kohaku for this year. Let them have a collab stage with TVXQ again, preferably on SBS Gayo Daejun or MKMF.

Love,
Christy
